“Blue Screen” (BSOD) on Launch or During Gameplay

A "Blue Screen of Death" (BSOD) error in Windows looks like this:

This error along with an unexpected system reboot may indicate a serious hardware issue or corruption of the operating system.

Please follow these steps:

  • Check your computer for overheating.
  • Make sure you are using the latest graphics card drivers. Visit the official website of your GPU manufacturer:

Nvidia (GeForce)

AMD\ATI (Radeon)

Find your graphics card model, download the latest driver, install it, and restart your computer.

  • Completely uninstall the game and reinstall it on a different hard drive partition. You can select the installation folder in the Game Center settings.

If these recommendations do not resolve the issue, please submit a support ticket. Use the button directly at the bottom of the current page. Before doing so, locate and copy your computer's crash dump files so you can attach them to the ticket.

How to Collect Memory Dumps
  1. Press Win + Pause (or right-click "This PC" → "Properties").
  2. Click "Advanced system settings".
  3. Go to the "Advanced" tab.
  4. In the "Startup and Recovery" section, click "Settings".
  5. Under "Write debugging information", select "Small memory dump".
  6. Make sure the "Small dump directory" is set to %SystemRoot%\Minidump. If it is, leave it as is.
  7. Click "OK" to save the changes.

After the next BSOD occurs, the dump file will be created that you need to provide to us. To do this:

  • Press Win + R (or click "Start" → "Run").
  • Type %SystemRoot%\Minidump and press Enter.
  • Attach all files found in this folder to your ticket.
