Failed to Connect to Server

On this page, we will describe possible methods for resolving the issue that may result in this error message.

This error occurs when your computer cannot establish a connection with the game server. This may happen due to the following reasons:

  • Your antivirus software or firewall blocking the connection;
  • Connection blocked in your router settings;
  • Connection blocked at the network level by your Internet Service Provider (ISP).

To resolve the issue, please follow these steps:

  • Temporarily disable your firewall/antivirus.

Try completely turning off your firewall or antivirus software. If possible, temporarily uninstall it for the duration of testing.

  • Bypass your router (if applicable).

If you use a router to connect to the Internet and your connection type allows a direct connection, please connect your computer directly via a LAN cable.

When is this possible?

This method works if your connection type is FTTx (Fiber to the x).

If you access the Internet via xDSL or PON, a direct connection without a router is not possible.

To find out which technology your ISP uses, visit their official website or contact their Support Team by phone.

  • Contact your Internet Service Provider.

If you experience connection issues not only with Warface but also with other websites or services, please contact your ISP's Support Team. When contacting them, describe the issue in detail and provide a list of resources you cannot access.

Note: If connection problems occur in multiple games or applications, the issue is likely on your ISP's side. In this case, contact your ISP's Support Team and describe the situation. If the ISP requests technical data you are unsure how to provide, contact us — we will do our best to help!
