Collecting Diagnostic Data Using the Launcher

You can collect the diagnostic files automatically using a special utility.

The utility will help collect the following information:

• DxDiag report;
• Msinfo report;
• Port check results;
• Ping results for each server;
• Traceroute results to each server;
• Game log files.

Once you have the diagnostic results, please attach the archive created by the utility to your support ticket. The diagnostic data archive will be located here: Steam\steamapps\common\Warface\AstrumPlay (with the filename 'logs_date_time.tar.gz').
