In-Game Reporting System
The game has a built-in reporting system.
Advantages of the in-game reporting system:
- No need to create a support ticket
- No need to exit the game
- No need to take and attach screenshots
How to Submit a Report During a Match
- While in battle, press Tab to open the list of players in the match or mission.
- Right-click the player you want to report.
- Select the appropriate category from the list.
- Briefly describe the violation.
- Click "Send Report".
- You will see a confirmation message that the report has been sent successfully.
- Click "OK".
How to Submit a Report from Chat
- Click on the suspected offender’s username in the chat.
- This will open their profile. Click the "More" button.
- In the drop-down menu, click the "Report" button.
- Select the appropriate category from the list.
- Briefly describe the violation.
- Click "Send Report".
- You will see a confirmation message that the report has been sent successfully.
- Click "OK".
What to Know About the In-Game Reporting System
- How many reports can one player send?
Each player has a daily limit of 10 reports. Any reports exceeding this limit will not be reviewed.
- Should I send multiple reports against the same player?
No. Only one report per category from a single player against another is accepted.
- How many reports are needed to start an investigation?
Reports for spam and use of third-party software (cheats) are reviewed only after receiving two or more reports from different players. A single report (even repeated ones from the same player) is not enough to start an investigation. The more unique reports received, the faster the offender will be penalized.
- How will I know if the reported player was sanctioned?
If the player is sanctioned and your report was among the latest received, you will get an in-game notification. It is technically impossible to notify every player who reported them.
- Is there a reward for submitting reports?
Yes. Players who submit effective reports for third-party software usage can earn the "Game Guard" stripe.
The stripe can only be earned through the in-game reporting system. Reports submitted via Customer Support tickets do not qualify for this achievement.
Please only report players for actual violations. Do not abuse the reporting system to harass or inconvenience other players.
