Chat Mute
If your chat privileges have been temporarily restricted, it means you have violated the Game Rules. Below, we have listed the most common reasons based on player reports. Naturally, we will not quote specific insults or profanity.
Common reasons for chat restrictions:
- Insulting other players (in any form) is strictly prohibited. This includes sarcastic phrases, medical terms, or diagnoses. The Administration may, for example, question one player’s “professional diagnosis” of another player’s mental abilities based on in-game actions or chat messages.
- Although there are no dogs in the game, players sometimes use the female form of the word as a derogatory term, which is also considered a valid reason for a chat mute.
- Using disguised or misspelled profanity and insults only bypasses the in-game profanity filter, but it does not excuse the violation.
- The game is not a platform for spreading propaganda, false information, or personal opinions regarding race, nationality, religion, culture, ideology, gender, language, politics, or any other group or its representatives.
- Posting repetitive identical messages (for example, clan recruitment ads) that push other players’ messages out of the visible chat area may be regarded as spam.
Please note that the Administration does not intend to restrict players. Before applying a chat mute, we conduct a thorough investigation.
We also do not provide a list of “forbidden” words. Our rules align with basic standards of common decency, which can easily be found online.
If you have questions about the applied sanctions, please submit a support ticket using the button at the bottom of this page.
If another player’s actions led to the sanctions on your account, you can file a complaint against them.
Please be aware that all tickets are processed in the order they are received. A response from a support specialist may take up to several business days.
