Reporting a Player for Violating the Game Rules

In this section, you can submit a report against a player who has violated the Game Rules.

Important: A report must be submitted no later than three days after the violation occurred. We will not be able to accept reports submitted after this period.

Requirements for submitting a report:

  • All fields must be filled out correctly.
  • You must provide the reported player’s exact in-game name.
  • The date and time of the violation must be specified (UTC+3, Moscow Time).
  • A detailed description of the violation must be included.
  • An unedited screenshot or video clearly showing the violation must be attached.
  • The exact time of the violation must be visible in the video.
  • The report must be submitted from the account that was present during the violation.

If these conditions are not met, we may not be able to take action against the reported player.

How to submit a report with video or screenshots:

  • Only unedited screenshots are accepted.
  • Record a short video clip that clearly shows the violation. Make sure the exact time and the reported player’s name (including any additional players involved) are visible—this will significantly speed up the review process. You can use any convenient screen recording software.
  • Attach the video directly to the report (maximum file size: 200 MB). If the file is too large, upload it to a public file hosting service (for example, https://www.youtube.com/, https://mega.nz/ or https://filecloud.me/), provide the direct link within your support ticket, and make sure the file is accessible to everyone.
  • The reported player’s name must be clearly visible in the video. Otherwise, we will not be able to review the report and make a decision.

Please remember that the License Agreement applies to all players. Do not engage in arguments with rule-breakers or respond to provocations—submit a report as soon as possible.

Note that investigating some violations may take a considerable amount of time. In such cases, you will receive a notification.
