Incorrect Login or Password

If you see the error “Incorrect password or user not found”, it usually means that you entered an incorrect login or password. Please make sure you are using the correct keyboard layout and Caps Lock is turned off.

To reset your password:

  1. Go to the following link: https://account.astrum-play.ru/app/password/reset/
  2. Enter the email address associated with your game account.
  3. Enter the verification code sent to that email.

Then follow the instructions to create a new password.
