Forgotten account credentials
If you have forgotten which account your Warface character is linked to via Steam, we recommend checking all possible accounts you might have used to log into the game.
How to check:
- Open your Steam Library.
- Find Warface and click "Play".
- Repeat this process for all Steam accounts and email addresses linked to Astrum Play that you have access to.
If you do not remember the Astrum Play account details linked to your Steam account, check all email addresses you might have used during registration.
If you have checked everything and still cannot find your character, please submit a support ticket using the button at the bottom of this page.
