From time to time, we run mini-events on the website.

The tasks can vary greatly.

Important points to consider when completing tasks:

• Tasks that must be completed in solo mode only count in "Meat Grinder" and "Survival" modes.
• If a task needs to be completed in one battle and you do not finish it fully in a single match, the progress will not be counted.
• For PvE tasks, if no Special Operation is stated, you must complete them in regular PvE missions on the required difficulty. Progress in Special Operations will not count.
• Tasks that require completion in Special Operations of a certain difficulty must be completed only in Special Operations with selectable difficulty (unless stated otherwise).
• Progress for any tasks is not counted in training missions.
• In PvP tasks, as a rule, only matches in "Quick Play" and "Ranked Matches" are counted. In PvE tasks, you may also use private rooms.
• Every battle (PvP or PvE) must finish properly—meaning that it ends with a victory or defeat. If you leave the session early for any reason (including connection loss), progress may not be counted.

Some events require you to activate the task by clicking the “Start Task” button. Progress will not start counting until you click the button. If this is required, it will be explicitly stated in the event news.

If your task progress is not being counted, please submit a support ticket using the button at the bottom of this page. Make sure you include the exact task description, along with the date and time you completed it (UTC+3, Moscow Time).
