In-Game Bugs
Dear Players!
If you encounter any in-game bugs while playing, we would be incredibly grateful if you reported them to us.
Examples of potential bugs include:
- falling through the map;
- getting out of bounds;
- broken enemy behavior in PvE/Special Operations;
- incorrect or misspelled in-game names for items or objects.
To help us gather and pass all necessary details to the developers as quickly as possible, please provide the following information:
- A detailed description of the bug: exactly how, when and where it happened.
- Clear visual proof: a series of screenshots or a video clip.
Reporting in-game issues promptly helps us improve the overall gameplay experience.
