I didn’t manage to open the boxes. Where is my reward?

If the Random Box opening screen closed during purchase for any reason (such as a power outage, game crash, or accepting a match invite from a friend), there is no need to worry.

In this case, all unopened boxes are automatically opened, and all rewards are immediately added to your character’s inventory. Notifications detailing the contents will remain available in your in-game mailbox for a limited time.

I transferred boxes from the website inventory or completed a contract that rewarded a box. Where can I find them?

Any box obtained outside the in-game store is placed in a special storage. These boxes remain there indefinitely and can be opened at any time (5 at a time or all at once if you have fewer than 5). To open the storage, click the box icon in the lobby next to the currencies.

I opened many boxes but didn’t get the main prize. Why?

Each item in a Random Box has a specific drop chance. Information about the chances is shown in the box menu.

For items with a guaranteed drop, a special counter is provided.

When buying boxes, I get the error “Item is out of stock”. What should I do?

At peak times, many players may try to buy the same box simultaneously. To ensure stable operation, the number of simultaneous purchases of one box type is limited. If you see this message, please wait a while and try again.
