Сompromised Account
If your account has been compromised, you must immediately contact Customer Support to secure it with a temporary lock.
This security measure will help protect your in-game items and currency.
If you have lost access to your account, you can create a temporary account to submit a support ticket.
When contacting us from a temporary account, please provide the following information:
- Date of account registration.
- Date and time you discovered the issue and the last time you accessed the account.
- Screenshot or copy of the account creation email.
- If you have ever topped up your account, please list the payment methods you used. If you have never topped up your account, please state this.
- List the internet service providers (ISPs) you have used to access the game since registering your account.
- List the cities and countries from which you have accessed your account.
- Confirm whether you are the original and sole owner of this account.
- Please attach screenshots showing your character at different levels of progression.
To restore access to a Steam account, please contact Steam support:
Once you have regained access to your Steam account, please submit a support ticket from that account requesting restoration of your game account and specify that you have recovered access to Steam.
Please note that difficulties encountered while restoring access to your account are not grounds for changing registration details.
We also remind you that every user is personally responsible for taking appropriate measures to secure their game accounts and prevent unauthorized access by third parties.
Lost in-game items, currency, or expired timed items cannot be restored.
If the account was compromised more than 14 days ago, a full investigation is not guaranteed.
