I made a payment and received Kredits, but the bonus did not arrive

Please check whether all the promotion terms were met to receive the bonus. In some promotions, bonuses only apply to exact amounts specified in the terms.

I received a bonus, but not the one I expected

Please check the promotion terms, as some bonuses only apply to payments up to a certain amount. For example, bonuses may only apply to payments up to 2,750 Kredits. If your payment exceeds this amount, the bonus will be calculated based on the maximum of 2,750 Kredits.
